The brief
A nine-room riad was losing one booking in six to the big platforms and paying commission on every night. It needed direct bookings in three languages, a deposit flow that worked with local banks, and a calendar the front desk could trust.
What we built
Next.js site with incremental regeneration and an availability calendar synced to the desk's own sheet
Arabic (RTL), French and English content managed from a single editorial back office
CMI card payments with a bank-transfer confirmation path and automatic deposit receipts
A WhatsApp concierge that answers room and transfer questions in Darija around the clock
